Hotel and Travel:

If you'll be staying overnight at the Broadmoor, you are welcome to use the AWEA Fall Symposium's discounted room rate ($185).  This rate will be available for reservations made before October 14 (or until all the discounted rooms are booked).  More information can be found on AWEA's Hotel and Travel information section of the Fall Symposium website:https://www.awea.org/events/event.aspx?eventid=15940

 

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted to WoWE in writing via email to events@womenofwindenergy.org. Refunds may not be processed until after the completion of the event. All refund requests received by October 30 will be processed less a $75 administrative fee. There will be no refunds made for cancellations after October 30 or for no-shows. However, substitutions are permitted for no charge. Email information on substitutions to events@womenofwindenergy.org.

 

Dietary Restrictions and Special Requests:

If you need special accommodations or have specific dietary needs or allergies please indicate those items on your registration or email us at events@womenofwindenergy.org as early as possible to ensure we have enough time to make the necessary arrangements.
