Hotel and Travel:

If you'll be staying overnight at the LaCosta Resort and Spa, you are welcome to use the AWEA Fall Symposium's discounted room rate ($189).  This rate will be available for reservations made before October 17.  More information can be found on AWEA's Hotel and Travel information section of the Fall Symposium website: http://www.awea.org/events/fall_symposium_f2011.cfm

 

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted to WoWE in writing via email to events@womenofwindenergy.org. Refunds may not be processed until after the completion of the event. All refund requests received by October 27, 2011 will be processed less a $75 administrative fee. There will be no refunds made for cancellations after October 27 or for no-shows. However, substitutions are permitted for no charge. Email information on substitutions to events@womenofwindenergy.org.

 

Dietary Restrictions and Special Requests:

If you need special accommodations or have specific dietary needs or allergies please indicate those items on your registration or email us at events@womenofwindenergy.org as early as possible to ensure we have enough time to make the necessary arrangements.
